Students in Central Mesa East attend Jefferson Elementary, rated B by Niche. When they reach Fremont Junior High, which earns an A-minus overall, students will benefit from the Paws & Peers program. Utilizing Mesa's public transportation
Buses and ride shares run consistently in the Central Mesa East area. Its convenient location between both main airports allows travelers to shuttle to and from easily. In addition, the neighborhood is quite close to Loop 202, allowing for smoother travel to Arizona’s other cities.A new and developing Main Street
Restaurants tend to be locally owned, and many of them are brand new. “It’s a different Main Street than it was years ago,” says Galindo. “It used to be only a few businesses. Now, there’s a new one every single day, and it’s vibrant again.” Sourdough Pizza is a local favorite serving up fresh classic recipes. Their décor is quirky, usually featuring some horror element. JJ Madisons All American Grill is a weekend staple that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. If their extensive beer and bourbon list isn’t exciting enough, their venue certainly is. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff streams horse races and football games for the eager fans out there. Fresh produce and packaged foodstuffs are within reach at Superstition Ranch Farmers Market, just off Main Street.
