About Middleburg, FL

A quiet lifestyle in Florida’s First Coast

Middleburg's quiet enclaves invite residents to take a step back from busy Jacksonville while remaining close to local amenities. "I moved here because there's less congestion. We have beautiful Black Creek, boating, equine opportunities and parks for hiking," says Kelly Kinney, a Middleburg resident and Realtor at JPAR City and Beach. "It's a beautiful, smaller town that doesn't have the traffic of Jacksonville. And it's convenient to St. Augustine and Jacksonville." Residents of this rural community enjoy access to several parks and natural scenery that enhance the quality of life. While Middleburg is a small town, recent growth has brought several amenities to the area, including popular shopping and dining options. Many residents in the region work in construction, healthcare or retail, and the community is only 30 miles from the major employers of Jacksonville, like CSX, the Mayo Clinic and Naval Air Station Jacksonville. With highly rated schools nearby and new highway developments being built, Middleburg is a thriving community on the rise in Northeast Florida.
