A suburb where first time homebuyers can get in
Copernicus Park is a Milwaukee suburb where residents can walk to local restaurants, a public park and public schools. Commuters who live in Copernicus Park can hop directly on the interstate to reach jobs in the downtown. Copernicus Park, part of Milwaukee's Garden District, has a casual, unpretentious spirit. It's a neighborhood where residents mow their own lawns and host backyard cookouts on the weekends. “It’s a very good area with good prices for smaller houses than nearby suburbs like Clayton Rest,” says Realtor Ashok Sinha, who sells homes in the neighborhood with Homestead Realty. “There’s no homeowners association.”
