The architectural gems, primarily built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, are reminiscent of when lumber barons and industrialists called this corner of the city home. Expect to find Queen Anne-type styles dominating the scene, with their intricate detailing, bay windows and varied rooflines adding a touch of whimsy to the streetscape. Outdoor experiences, by land or by water
The Midtown Greenway brings a year-round biking and walking trail to the Phillips neighborhood.
