Many of these properties back up against open land, allowing residents to enjoy views of the Rattlesnake Mountains to the north and local wildlife in the neighborhood. “You see an abundance of wildlife out there, from elk to coyotes to foxes and the occasional moose. There are tons of birds, specifically osprey, the golden eagle and the bald eagle,” Hertz says. “I’ve seen a wolverine back there and honey badgers. The elks and deer are as common as dogs.” Homes in the neighborhood’s more rural parts can cost between $800,000 and $1.4 million.Neighborhood parks and scenic golf courses
