There are a lot of nice starter homes, and some have been remodeled," Crews says. Ranch-style houses are the most common type buyers will find on the wide neighborhood streets. Some Craftsmans and cottages are available as well. There is often little room between homes, but most have spacious front and back yards, and several have swimming pools. Most roads in the neighborhood are walkable, with over 28 miles of existing sidewalk in the community. Well-maintained lawns and shady trees add natural beauty to the area.
