Music Row

Eclectic mix of dining along Broadway
Beginning on 21st Avenue South, which turns into Broadway, residents can on foot stop by a few of many dining spots located along the thoroughfare. The establishments include chain brands and a number of establishments occupy the first floor of multi-story apartment buildings. The restaurants include the San Antonio Taco Company and Nada, which both serve Mexican fare but under different settings. Nada is a more upscale restaurant and bar on the ground floor of a modern multistory building, while the San Antonio Taco Company operates in a cozier home-style venue with an outdoor patio. While many certainly enjoy the Mexican fare at San Antonio Taco Company, the establishment is particularly known for bringing out bottled beers in ice buckets. The Row Kitchen & Pub, on Lyle Ave just off Broadway, is popular spot for Southern classics and regionally sourced draft beers. A Whole Foods exists on Broadway just north of Music Row.From modern condos to nearly $2 million contemporary houses
Much of the homes that can be bought in Music Row are condo or multi-family units found in contemporary multi-story buildings, some of which come with upscale features like a terrace style pool area where residents can get an elevated view of a surrounding cityscape of modern high-rise buildings with sleek glass exteriors. Price points for these condos can go from around $370,000 for a one-bedroom unit to about $650,000 a two-bedroom unit with greater square footage. The few houses available include new and multi-bedroom contemporary builds that can nearly reach $2 million. Many rentals are also available.Neighboring Rose Park multisport facility
While there are plenty of sights to see here, Music Row residents are close to several recreational spots. There’s Tony Rose Park right along the neighborhood’s eastern bounds. The biggest sports site near this area is Rose Park, a 24-acre multi-sports facility located just east of the neighborhood. The site is a destination for young athletes as it boasts amenities like synthetic turf baseball and soccer fields, as well as basketball courts. Fans of Belmont University’s men and women soccer teams can catch their home games at the park.
