Fillmore’s eclectic mix of home styles
The homes in Fillmore are an eclectic mix of traditional architectural styles. Ranches are the most common homes, followed by Colonial Revivals and minimal traditional builds, showcasing a mix of French and American influence. Fillmore’s modern homes sit on mid-sized lots, offering more yard space than the adjacent neighborhoods of Mid-City and City Park. Backyard swimming pools are common amongst modern homes, and most houses feature long driveways leading to a detached garage. A two-bedroom in need of some serious TLC can sell for as low as $150,000 while a four-bedroom waterfront property can sell for upwards of $1.4 million.
