Skyline-Hillcrest Estates is immersed in nature, with vast parks surrounding the neighborhood. “It’s quiet up there, and the access to outdoor space is pretty special,” says Realtor Mary Canavan of The Grubb Company, who has sold homes in the Bay Area for over three decades. “However, they’re farther away from amenities, so you definitely have to be prepared for a commute.” Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park conserves over 1,800 acres of redwood groves and nature trails to the north of this community.
