Mix of midcentury and rustic homes set on sloped, forested lots
Woodminster features a mix of midcentury modern, ranch-style, Mediterranean-Revival and contemporary homes, built primarily in the mid-to-late 1900s. Many houses are situated on sloped or wooded lots that blend into the hillside environment. “It’s basically a completely residential area, and you have access to popular regional parks and can get great views of the bay from this point,” says Rich Fleming, a Realtor and broker of Realty ONE Group Future who has lived in the Bay Area for over 20 years. “A lot of the homes here have a sort of rustic style, as they're designed to fit into a wooded area.” Most of the neighborhood’s grandest homes are higher on the slopes with expansive city and bay views. Prices range from the mid-$700,000s to around $1.5 million, depending on the home's size, age and location.
