Just the right size homes meet the needs of a variety of buyers in West Omaha
“Rose Gardens Estate is unique because it offers homes that are not too big, not too small, but just the right size,” says Susan Wilson with Woods Brothers Realty. “While families with kids do love this neighborhood, it also attracts buyers who don’t want a huge house, like empty nest executives, recent retirees, or traveling doctors and nurses. It’s a wonderful, pretty and fairly secluded neighborhood,” she continues “And, it’s a short drive to downtown Omaha.”
Rose Gardens Estate has about 417 homes and is accented with cul-de-sacs, wide sidewalk-lined streets, tidy yards, and pretty gardens and landscaping. While the average price for recently sold homes in Rose Gardens Estate is about $345,000, this buys more than one might expect. Homes were built between the 1970s and 1999 and designed with space-conscious features such as open floor plans, high ceilings and two- to three-car garages.
