About 300 homes in a well-maintained neighborhood

Mature trees shade the white-washed streets that wind around the small neighborhood of Spring Ridge. Residents can walk around the neighborhood or to the elementary school thanks to a well-kept sidewalk that lines the street. Home inventory includes traditional Craftsman homes, Craftsman bungalows and new traditional Colonial Revivals that sit on meticulously maintained compact front yards. Prices range from $440,000 for a three-bedroom bungalow, while a new traditional Craftsman will sell for approximately $520,000. “Our neighborhood is incredibly clean and well-kept, and anyone would enjoy raising a family here. You see people taking walks and riding bikes in the park. It is a desirable place to live. When homes go up for sale, they sell incredibly fast,” McLaughlin says.
