Holy Name School is a 105-year-old Catholic school serving pre-K through eighth grade and is located on Fontenelle Boulevard. While it is the only school within the exact boundaries of Waverly Park, there are highly regarded Omaha public schools close by. Built in 1973, King Elementary was named after Dr. Martin Luther King thus making it the first Omaha public school to be named after a distinguished African American leader.
