Parks are at the center of Westwood Heights — literally

Westwood Heights is a perfect square in design, dotted with quiet, tree-lined streets, tidy cul-de-sacs, and neat sidewalks. With two parks right in the center, it’s no wonder you’ll find residents walking and jogging at all hours throughout the day. “Living in Westwood Heights gives homeowners the best of both worlds,” says Gillian Hanus, Realtor with Nebraska Realty. “You’re close enough to downtown Omaha to enjoy its culture and nightlife, but you also have the ease and convenience of southwest Omaha. And, homes in this area are a bit more affordable than further toward downtown, which is why when homes are listed, they don’t last long.”
