Single-family homes near the beach
The Village of Pine Run provides an escape from the fast-paced center of Port Orange and the lively tourist attraction of the beach, but residents remain close to all the surrounding area’s adventures. “You’re far enough away from the city, but there’s still plenty of things to do,” says Gina Sweringen, resident and Realtor with Adams Cameron & Co. The area allows access to moderately rated public schools, a world-class performance venue, miles of sand along the Atlantic, thousands of acres of parkland and the Daytona International Speedway. Residents also enjoy living within a short drive of several local restaurants.
