Residents travel 12 miles south to watch musicians like Michael Bolton and Johnny Mathis perform at the 2,520-person-capacity Peabody Auditorium. Residents travel about 3 ½ miles south to enjoy live rock music and cocktails at Broken Spoke Saloon or to buy glazed confections at Chasing Custom Cakes. Folks travel about 5 ½ miles south to buy cooking ingredients at the Publix. Teddy Morse’s Harley Davidson Dealership and Showroom is about 2 miles north of the neighborhood.Very little crime
