A mix of housing to fit any preference

Movie Colony East features a mix of housing styles that give buyers plenty of options. “It’s got everything. It’s got midcentury modern, contemporary, traditional. Most houses in the neighborhood have backyard swimming pools, and some even have their own tennis courts. Mature palm trees line the streets, and the San Jacinto Mountains are visible to the west, enhancing the desert experience. Two-bedroom homes in Movie Colony East start at $900,000, while three-bedroom houses will cost over $1 million. Four-bedroom homes can cost anywhere between $1.3 million and $2.3 million.
