Serene living by Panorama Lake
Panora is a well-developed city in Guthrie County that is equipped with access to various recreational opportunities, small-town amenities on Main Street and an independent school system. Echoing the town’s civic motto, “big enough to serve you, small enough to know you,” Panora offers a friendly, community-oriented space for residents to become familiar with neighbors while living a comfortably secluded lifestyle. “The main draw to Panora is Panorama Lake; lots of people go there to be on the water or to golf. Other than that, the town itself is just like any other small town with a town center,” says Jenn Ho Goh, Realtor at Realty ONE Group Impact with 5 years of experience.

Homes in Panora's town center
“Panora has a small community feel, and living in the town center is not as expensive as homes that are by the lake,” Goh says. Residential homes in Panora are often small traditional two-story homes with front porches, ranch and Victorian styles, and may be priced between $100,000 and $300,000. Houses are commonly developed throughout the 20th century and are around 1,000 square feet in size. Aside from residences situated near Main Street that have smaller yards, most houses are spaciously spread, allowing for a comfortable and secluded feel in the neighborhood.
