Pendergrass is a growing city on the northeastern edge of the Atlanta metro area. The town has seen increased development, including new townhomes and single-family subdivisions. Atlanta is roughly 58 miles away, while Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International is 65 miles away. Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton is around 15 miles west.
