Condos with waterfront views
Housing in the area mainly comprises of condos and townhouses built in the 1980s in a postmodernist style. Most housing units are on the water with a view of the Willamette River and near Portland Union Station and Highway 99W. This can be a noisy area, especially during rush hour.
