The community is filled with one-to two-story Southwestern-style homes with energy-efficient features built from the 2010s to the 2020s. Prices typically range from the low $400,000s to well over $1 million, with luxury homes and gated properties fetching higher prices. Many yards are primed for outdoor relaxation with deep blue pools. Open green spaces sprawl between residential areas, creating a verdant neighborhood feel. “You can get to anything you basically need in life within 10 to 15 minutes of your house, and that’s how the infrastructure is built out here," Bermudez says. "So it works nice on top of being close to a freeway system." However, traffic can be severe in the morning and evening, to the point of stand-stills. South Ellsworth Road runs along the neighborhood's western side and is a straight shot to Arizona State Route 24.
