Peaceful suburban living in Kavala Ranch
Kavala Ranch is a master-planned Rancho Cordova community 20 miles outside of Sacramento. With neighborhood parks and a reputable public school district, Kavala Ranch has become a desirable destination for young families who have children. “This is a bedroom community, and it’s very residential and family friendly,” says Harold Frink, who is the founder of Prime Focus Realty and has over 25 years of experience. “People here usually commute to their jobs in the city or in Sacramento. The stable job market also helps with real estate value, and homes here show appreciation.” Partly due to the area’s residential character, residents often have to venture outside the community for shopping, entertainment and public transit.
There's a bit of a buffer between Kavala Ranch and other communities in Rancho Cordova.
