Etiwanda
Newer suburban homes and older ranch-styles
Etiwanda's single-family homes are set along quiet avenues and cul-de-sacs, shaded by leafy oaks and tall palm trees; most are two-story new traditional and single-story ranch-style homes that date to the 1980s and late 90's. Ranch-style homes with two or three-bedroom range from $600,000 to $650,000, while four-bedroom versions range from $750,000 to $800,000. A new traditional home with two or three bedrooms ranges from $700,000 to $750,000, while a four-bedroom version ranges from $825,000 to $850,000.As of summer 2024, the new Etiwanda Classics subdivision was still in development here. When completed, it will feature 31 of Etiwanda's largest single-family homes, all new traditional with Craftsman-, ranch- and Spanish-inspired details, and layouts of about 3,000 to 5,000 square feet. "They are all very large and luxurious," says Sandy Hu, a Realtor with RE/MAX ONE. Prices for these incoming homes will range from $900,000 to around $2 million, depending on the floor plan and square footage.
There are also 1990s new traditional condos in Etiwanda, most with two to three bedrooms. Depending on how well they've been maintained, two-to-three-bedroom condos range from $450,000 to $500,000, and four-bedroom condos range from $600,000 to $650,000.
