Between the bustle of the mall and quiet farmland
Arlington South is a suburban middle ground amongst the open farmland and the more developed portions of the Riverside area. This neighborhood is located between Riverside Freeway (Route 91) and Victoria Avenue. “Within Arlington South, there are ranches on the southern edge. And on the other side of Victoria Avenue, there are some custom citrus estates, as well as equestrian and hobby farms ranging from 2.5 to 20 acres,” says James Monks, Realtor and Manager at Windermere Tower Properties and third generation Riversider. On the other side of the freeway is the Galleria at Tyler, an outdoor mall. Arlington South is a predominately residential community that appeals to those seeking quiet cul-de-sacs and convenient access to shopping.
Through out the area of Arlington South, you might see a citrus field or two.
