Living next to outstanding shopping
Located in northeast Roseville, about 20 miles from Sacramento, Harding is a neighborhood big on shopping and convenience. “A lot of people are able to walk to eat, shop and walk to their jobs,” says Heather McCarthy of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Roseville, with nearly a decade of experience. “There are not many single-family homes in the area, but it’s still one of the best neighborhoods in Roseville because of how close it is to Interstate 80 and all the shopping. A shopper and foodie haven, Harding is home to three major malls, each with a distinct role. The rest of the neighborhood is comprised of multi-family dwellings, including condos and townhomes.

The weather in the area is really good. Hot at times because its summer, but there was little rain this year so definitely no flooding. The weather has for the most part been sunny and warm.

My main critique of the police is, they are not as fully prepared for emergencies since they mostly deal with minor disputes and traffic stops and only some drug related problems. Not a lot happens here, so they harass who they can. SIDEWALKS ARE AN ISSUE. THere are several developed streets and neighborhoods which don't have sidewalks and instead have dirt trails. Frustrating for people without cars who bike or walk.
