A small Sacramento neighbor with natural beauty
One might not think there's a lot of natural beauty in the small neighborhood of Robla, with two airports less than 5 miles away. Such one would be wrong. Not only does the Sacramento Bike Trail run straight through the center of Robla, providing cyclists with safe biking options surrounded by lush fields, while runners can get in their daily miles around Dry Creek.
The remodeled homes of Robla
Robla is primarily residential with small, bungalow-style single-family homes. Homes in Robla tend to go for anywhere from $300,000 to $500,000. However, there is currently an anomaly to Robla's housing prices. "There is currently 35 acres for sale for $8.5 million. It's agricultural land that is mixed zoning, meaning multifamily units could be built on it, which you could use as an investment opportunity," says Ashlynn Fresques, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker and Sacramento native. Many homes in the neighborhood have been remolded or newly built. Older homes were built between the 1950s and 1980s. Homes with manicured, lush front lawns sit on lot sizes of at least 1000 square feet, if not larger. Some backyards have in-ground pools, perfect for hot California weather.
