Melbye says that Bronx Park is well-known as an area for its "classic first-time, homebuyer homes" and that while most are older, there are also newly constructed two-story homes available. The streets here are wide enough for street parking and have paved sidewalks. Prices start at $250,000 and go up to $450,000. While living in Bronx Park, Melbye says she has seen an influx of "many people adding front porches to their homes so they can see their neighbors walking by and engage with them" and that over time, "you get to know your neighbors face to face."
