Experience double the amenities in Bronx Park
Like many of the neighborhoods in the St. Louis Park area, Bronx Park offers a quiet suburban experience and access to the Twin Cities amenities. What sets it apart from others, according to Susan Melbye, a Realtor and longtime resident of Bronx Park, is that it "Has two of everything: two playgrounds, two dog parks, two ice rinks and two community gardens." These features make up for the neighborhood's lack of shopping and dining options, though residents don't have to go far to find them– The Shops at West End Plaza is only about a 3.6-mile drive away. Homes range between $250,000 to $450,000 and often sell fast. On average, houses here are sold within 17 days of being on the market, compared to the national average of 41 days.
Nelson Park features two outdoor skating rinks so there is plenty of space for all.
Dakota Park Dog Park and walking trails are popular for both people and pets.

Houses for first-time homebuyers
Most houses in Bronx Park were constructed between the 1940s and 1950s. One-story homes are the most common, along with ranches and bungalows. Melbye says that Bronx Park is well-known as an area for its "classic first-time, homebuyer homes" and that while most are older, there are also newly constructed two-story homes available. The streets here are wide enough for street parking and have paved sidewalks. Prices start at $250,000 and go up to $450,000. While living in Bronx Park, Melbye says she has seen an influx of "many people adding front porches to their homes so they can see their neighbors walking by and engage with them" and that over time, "you get to know your neighbors face to face."
Ranch homes also line some streets of Bronx Park.
Bungalows are common throughout Bronx Park.
