Active San Francisco residential hub with Spanish-inspired housing
Merced Manor is a small, suburban-style neighborhood on the western side of San Francisco. Its charming Spanish-inspired bungalows and proximity to indoor and outdoor amenities have made this established community a city favorite since its development in the 1930s. “It’s a nice residential area that’s close to a lot of outdoor stuff, as you have Lake Merced right there, and it's next to Pine Lake Park,” says Tim Gullicksen, a local realtor at Corcoran Icon Properties and San Francisco resident for over 20 years. “It’s a popular area for more active types because there’s a lot of recreational opportunities around here.”
