River offers a suburban feel with convenience
Despite its name, San Jacinto's River neighborhood has no reservoirs; instead, it's mostly desert and farmland, backdropped by mountain views. Mt. San Jacinto College sits next door, downtown amenities are nearby, and a popular resort operates 5 miles down the road. "The biggest draw in San Jacinto itself would be Soboba Casino Resort," says Dave Hume with Vogler Feigen Realty, who has sold in the area since 2018. "The spectacular Soboba Springs Golf Course also hosts large professional qualifiers and amateur events," he says. Residents enjoy entertainment at Soboba and a diverse landscape for outdoor recreation, all at a relatively low price point for Riverside County.

Hume says that Soboba Casino Resort has 21 new pickleball courts, and an outdoor pool with cabanas and a bar. The resort is home to the public Soboba Springs Golf Course, and the public Golden Era Golf Course is also right outside the neighborhood.
