Bascom-Forest is part of the larger Rose Garden district, where home prices are higher than nearby areas. Even though the neighborhood’s median home sale price continues to rise and is nearly $2.3 million, it's still highly sought after with very limited inventory. Nearby neighborhoods like Cory and Burbank offer lower-priced options, with median home prices at $1.6 million and $1.2 million, respectively.
