Homes in Dove Hill range from three-bedroom, $400,000 builds in Silver Creek Mobile Estates to townhouses from $695,000 to $858,000 mostly concentrated north of Meadow Glen Way. South of the roadway, single-family ranch-style and tri-level homes within walking distance of Dove Hill Park cost between $1.3 million and $1.6 million. “A lot of people appreciate that the HOA dues are much lower than surrounding neighborhoods,” says Ton. Single-family homes have attached garages and private driveways; modest yards and a mix of oak and palm trees add greenery to the neighborhood. Locals on the west side of the neighborhood should expect some noise from traffic on Route 101.

Kids attend the Evergreen Elementary School District, beginning at John J. Montgomery Elementary School, which holds a B overall grade on Niche. Students then head to George V.
