Homes near Evergreen Valley Square
Located in Evergreen Valley, 8 miles southeast of downtown San Jose, Fowler is a neighborhood of established homes within a few blocks of some of the area’s best shopping and dining. “You’re two minutes from Evergreen Valley Square, which if you look at an aerial is actually a circle, but the people here are adamant about calling it ‘The Square,’” says Rebecca Jepsen of Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, who has more than two decades of experience in the area. “The Square” is a mixed-use community gathering space where people can walk between cafes and eateries and relax on benches by a central fountain. “Life kind of revolves around the neat little coffee shops and restaurants that the square offers,” Jepsen says. “People are always gathering there.” Besides the shopping, Fowler is known for quiet streets, strong schools and access to nearby parks and trails.
