They can start at Los Alamitos Elementary, which gets an A-minus rating from Niche, followed by B-plus-rated Castillero Middle. The last four years are spent at Pioneer High School, an A-minus-rated school that is a four-time winner of the prestigious California Distinguished Schools Award. It offers a wide range of AP classes, science and technology electives and career technical courses for students interested in learning trade skills.
