Homes from the 1960s and 1970s sell with little delay

Almaden Meadows almost exclusively offers detached single-family homes from the 1960s and 1970s. Ranch-style houses, New Traditional designs and split-level homes make up the bulk of the housing, with generous floor plans and lots large enough for pools, gazebos and gardens. Mountain views are common, and some properties back directly up to parkland with no rear neighbors. Home prices generally range from about $1.7 million to $2.6 million. Turnover is notably low, and when homes are listed, they sell quickly. Properties spend an average of 12 days on the market, significantly lower than the national average of 56 days.
