Condos and townhouses are a bit newer, generally from the 1980s and the 1990s, selling from the upper $600,000s to $1 million with monthly HOA fees. The neighborhood’s mobile homes are part of the Monterey Oaks community, where properties range from $300,000 to $500,000. “The home prices here are lower than the city’s average because it’s a bit farther from the tech hubs of Silicon Valley,” says Astha Mathur, Realtor at Compass with over 15 years of experience. “But the area has a more peaceful, suburban feel, and there are nice parks and open green spaces all around.”
