Pekoe is next to Lucky grocery store and Yuri Japanese Restaurant. Also nearby are a Super India market and Coconut Hill Indian Grocery. On the other side of Silverland lies Evergreen Village Square. With a fountain at its center, this square-shaped green space is lined with restaurants and businesses, like Curry Pizza House and a Bank of America branch. Evergreen Farmers Market, open year-round on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, is held at the center of Evergreen Village Square.
