Residential neighborhood in the heart of Santa Ana
Lacy is one of Santa Ana’s oldest and most historic neighborhoods, offering a mix of residential and commercial spaces with a rich cultural heritage. Situated just east of downtown Santa Ana, Lacy is known for its diverse community, historic homes and proximity to essential amenities. The neighborhood’s character is shaped by its past, with many of its buildings reflecting early 20th-century architecture. “I would say, more than anything else, it’s just a convenient place to live,” says Realtor Sarah Covarrubias Seven Gables Real Estate, who has worked in the area for over 30 years. “You’ve got Downtown right there, the train station is there; it’s one of the few places in Orange County where you could actually get by without a car, at least most of the time.”
