Lots are about an eighth-of-an-acre, fit for a flower garden, and most homes have garages. “The market is a bit slow, but homes are still selling well," Tadros says.

Residents have plenty of parks to choose from. The aptly named Library Park is home to the Powell branch of the Delaware County District Library. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium draws visitors from all over the world and is only four miles from the neighborhood. The complex is home to over 10,000 animals representing 600 species. Visitors choose from rides, tours and multiple events.
