West Tenth Street has primarily single-family homes. “The homes were built from the ‘40s to the ‘80s,” says local Realtor Andy Kontz. “There are some duplexes, which are typically rentals.” The houses are typically small cottages with one or two bedrooms, and prices start around $150,000. Three-bedroom homes typically cost $200,000 to $250,000. Investors looking to purchase rental properties can find opportunities here, and prices range depending on the number of units in the property.
