Single-family homes sell from the mid-$400,000s to the mid-$700,000s. Condos sell from the upper $200,000s to the lower $300,000s. Seven Mile has a median single-family home price in the lower $500,000s. That’s higher than neighboring North Indian Trail, South Indian Trail and Northwest Spokane.

Through SPS, families can apply to schools outside their attendance zones and magnet programs through the district’s choice system.

"Seven Mile appeals to people who like more outdoorsy activities,” Johnson says. “When you head out that way, you’re heading out to many places where people can hike, camp or do some kind of activity for the weekend.” Riverside State Park gives you many ways to meet neighbors and other nature-lovers close to home. You can head to the park to attend events like group bird-watching hikes or paddleboarding trips guided by park rangers.
A 10-minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants
As secluded as Seven Mile feels, you can run errands or go out to eat less than 10 minutes away. At the Indian Trail Shopping Center, you can fill up on gas, stock up on groceries at Yoke’s Fresh Market and enjoy pub grub at Pint House Burgers & Brews. More grocery stores, restaurants and other businesses are a little farther down Francis Avenue.
