The Dixboro Project, also on Plymouth Road, is a restaurant complex and recreational area on 7 acres. In 1880, an old barn was deconstructed to build Dixboro House, later used as a restaurant in the 1920s. The century-old barn has since been updated. “The decor includes 140-year-old timbers, a gambrel vaulted ceiling and the original stone fireplace,” writes Adrienne Brady, marketing director for the Pulpo Group.
