The Bonney Lake Park-and-Ride is 5 miles north of Tehaleh; commuters can take a Sound Transit shuttle to Sumner Sounder Train Station, then travel via the Sounder train and 578 Express bus to Tacoma or Seattle. MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital is about 14 miles away in Puyallup, while St. Joseph Medical Center is 23 miles away in Tacoma. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is a 31-mile trip.
