New builds and eye-catching homes
Though the community started construction of homes in 2006, there are plenty of new builds available for prospective homebuyers. Many of the newly constructed homes in the area are move-in ready, often with three or more bedrooms and prices that tend to hang around $550,000. However, there are homes that go above that price, including homes that have Spanish Revival architecture, with red tiled roofing and contemporary homes with prices that typically range between $800,000 and $900,000.

Students here are zoned for the Temecula Valley Unified School District, which consistently ranks in the state's top 20th percentile.
