Much of Winchester-Silverhawk is divided into three HOAs: Central Park, the 55+ community Four Seasons, and Montego Bay, a condo community. The neighborhood is also within the vicinity of several airports including Riverside, Ontario, San Diego and Los Angeles providing for residents looking to book their next trip.Convenient shopping options and nightlife
Within a couple of miles residents can get access to just about all their shopping needs. The Plaza at Silverhawk is a popular local destination featuring Von’s market, Walgreens and Starbucks. Winchester Square is anchored by Albertson’s grocery store and Sav-on Pharmacy. The Promenade Temecula is two miles from the neighborhood and is anchored by a movie theater, Costco and several large chain retailers and restaurants. For nightlife, Winchester-Silverhawk residents can find a flurry of restaurants and cafes in Old Town Murrieta and Old Town Temecula.
