A desirable master-planned Thornton neighborhood

In the north end of Thornton, just minutes from hundreds of acres of outdoor recreation, Signal Creek has walkable, tree-lined streets and a peaceful atmosphere. The neighborhood was the second master-planned community in Thornton, with well-maintained green spaces throughout and residents-only amenities. "Signal Creek is one of the higher-end neighborhoods in Thornton,” says Jessica Hernandez, a local real estate agent with Right Choice Realty LLC. “It’s a desirable area with luxury homes, and they don’t stay on the market for very long. Around nine of 10 clients that I show homes to in Thornton end up buying in the community.”
