While there is one small apartment complex on the south side of town, most Timberville homes are single-family and in an eclectic mix of styles, including modern ranch-style, New Traditional, vintage Cape Cod and American Foursquare. Prices range from $175,000 to around $600,000, with lower-priced homes often built in the first half of the 20th century and in need of renovation and higher-priced homes spanning more than 2,000 square feet and sitting on multi-acre lots.
Parks and shops in town and nearby Broadway offers restaurants
Residents head to Timberville Memorial Park for fresh air and exercise.
