With an active neighborhood association, a $50 annual fee helps support the upkeep of the neighborhood in maintaining its natural features. Densely wooded yards, raised porches and landscaping that evokes images of a different time are common in Southridge Estates. More space, however, comes at a price, with most homes running between $250,000 to $400,000 for a single-family home, with some luxury homes selling for close to $1 million, putting the neighborhood above average for Tulsa.
