Safe and welcoming neighborhood with easy access to New York City
Especially over the past five years, Union Township has become a hotbed for new residents, welcoming many Manhattan and Brooklyn residents. The township gives all its residents a mix of city and suburban amenities, allowing folks to have reminders of their past city lives while having a home with a yard. This sprawling township is divided into over a dozen neighborhoods that vary by housing styles and street sign colors. While most of these areas have their own neighborhood associations and events, the entire township still feels like one big neighborhood and has events of its own. “Union Township is a very welcoming neighborhood, with a diverse demographic,” Tina Torres, a Realtor with RE/MAX Lifetime Realtors says. “It’s a great value for the proximity to New York City.”
