We have parades. There’s a lot of themed floats. We have a lot of vintage cars.” Residents are also just a short drive from the Hillsborough County Agricultural Fair, which takes place at the beginning of September each year. Festival guests can stop by food booths, enjoy carnival rides and visit with the animals.

Here, residents can enjoy the casual, friendly environment and classic American fare while dining inside or on the patio. Dodge’s Ice Cream Stand is a go-to spot for a sweet treat during the summer and a place to shop for homegrown veggies and plants. Several tractors along the road act as impromptu signage for the stand. Residents looking to stock their kitchens at home can grab ingredients from Dodge's Country Store or the New Boston Farmers Market every Saturday morning from June to October.
