Homes in the area are in the New Historicism, contemporary Craftsman and split-level styles. Most homes are interlaced with tall, bigleaf maple and Ponderosa pine trees. The area has few sidewalks, but most homes are spacious, with large backyards, long driveways, and wide roadways.
