There are no sidewalks in the residential areas, but there is plenty of natural shading from trees and shrubbery.

Another interactive installation is Atelier Van Lieshout’s Funky Bones exhibit. Visitors may sit on the 20 fiberglass bones or picnic in the green space around it. Within the neighborhood is Fitness Farm, a 24-acre non-profit park with a walking path, basketball court, track, disc golf course and rental spaces. Fitness Farm also sells garden-grown vegetables and farm-fresh eggs at their farmstand. The farm houses 30 chickens and three pigs.
